I am thinking of getting into the field of HR . I have no degree or any certification. What is a good start?

I am more than willing to do some school, but I do not want to be going for the next 4 years because for 1 i could not afford it and 2 I am ready to get started now.

I too am interested in HR, and I have a degree in Communications, but it isn't really helping me. I know a lot of places I go to want either a degree or experience in HR. So if you can get in to be an HR assistant, than that will definitely give you the experience you need. You could get an HR certification. You have to check though, some programs cost just as much as a degree though.
