I am thinking of getting the Palm Centro phone?

But I am worried that the phone will accidently hit the internet key in my pocket and I will be charged with a 1,000$ bill (I have verizon, and am not going to get the data plan)

Do you think that the Palm Centro will do this?

Thanks!!

  1. They key lock is very secure, it requires two buttons to be pressed in sequence - there's no way you can accidentally hit the wrong button while it's in your pocket.

That being said, part of the point of a smart phone is to have access to your email and the internet - which will use data. I do recommend getting a data plan if at all possible.

  2. It's really pretty hard to accidentally hit a key and dial with the Palm Because if you are not moving around on the net, it shuts down after a couple of minutes of inactivity!

You also have to through several steps to get online or on the phone, but just get a phone case since you should protect your phone any way and you should be fine!

  3. I think you would be better off with a Moto Q 9c. I'm pretty sure Verizon has one. I would get the data plan if I were you, it's the whole point of smart phones.
