I have two possible solutions for you.

There is a bar tending school in Chicago who teaches bar tending and possibly they could set you up with someone. The number to contact them is [phone]

The other option is to ask someone at a local pub, bar or restaurant that serves drinks if one of their bartendersers would care to bartend for a private party. They may even have a local number for you to contact.

Ask your friendly neighborhood bartender, he surely knows someone.  And there are college students (over 21) available.

You can look online or go to a local bar or club and ask the Bartenders if they want to work the party.
