I need decorating ideas for a brown pink and green polka dott party.

It is a pretty extravigant for a birthday party. Thanks.

Have lots of pink, brown and green helium balloons. Don't know if you can find them in polka dot design, but at least you'd have the colors.

For centerpieces, you could do votive candles and surround them with brown, pink and green circle shaped confetti.

When decorating the cake use a fluffy white frosting and then decorate with with brown, pink and green Neco waffer candy.
