Question:

I am tired all the time ?

Im taking ginseng and vitamin b complex any more suggestions...on healthy diet of fruit and veg and chicken and fish and red meat so come on whats up....

  1. change the way u think , think of how un energetic u are and not how tired u are only think that when u want to rest or sleep . also eat less dont over eat ur body gets tired digesting..


  2. I have a banana for my breakfast, and that sets me up for the day. I do not believe in taking any pills and never have done. I also drink an Actimel    at breakfast, the rest is Sandwich for lunch, and then a good Dinner, or in the Summer a Salad with new potatoes. Very little sweet thing like cake etc

  3. Possible causes:

    -anemia (even though you are on a healthy diet go get tested)

    -depression

    -lack of sleep

    -lack of oxygen in your surrounding

    maybe go visit a doctor

  5. you should pop along to your gp surgery and tell them they will do some rouitine blood tests and i can bet my life on it that they will check your thyroid function as an under active thyroid gland can cause tiredness, it prob isnt that but if it is then its easy treated

  6. Maybe you're depressed.  Sometimes you are and don't even know it.  It will just make you want to sleep all the time.  Talk to the doctor.

  7. Are you getting enough rest,sleep,exercise,and drinking enough water.

      Are you allergic to any of  those things you listed.

    Do you have any injuries.

  8. you have no carbs listed, are you saying you're no or low carbs.. this may be the problem. you need the complex carbohydrates for fuel. Get some whole wheat in you! Forget the vitamins, they aren't regulated by the FDA, so you honestly could be getting sawdust in your capsule. Stick to the store brands, they have more integrity than the smaller companies.  

  9. A Glass of fruit juice 3 times a day

    Two Pieces of fruit(Preferably a Banana because this keeps your stress to a minimum

    Fish at least once a week

    Try and have veg particular potato with your dinner or lunch at least three time a week.

    Try and cut down on coffee and tea and drink at least two glasses a day of water even flavoured water is better than iru bru or coke.
