Not necessary you have to register for a program.

You can just select/set that you don't want to register for it.

E.g. Adobe, Macromedia products.

But if that program requires registered user logins e.g. Outlook Express, certain account softwares & even YM then please recall your login & password & auto save it so you don't have to recall your access settings. But this (the autosave mode) is NOT advisable if you're using public PC.
