I am too short please give me some tips!?

I am 15 years old boy living in Canada. I am only 5,8. My dad stopped growing after he was 21 so I know I'm going to be taller. But my classmates are nearly all taller than me. All 6 ft+++. Please I need help give me some tips on growing taller please. Like exercise or diet.

  1. Just focus on the good things about you.  5.8 is not too short!  People are more interested in gregareous outgoing personality so be the life of the party, laugh and smile and your height will be no issue at all.  Find a s**y shorter girlfriend!

  3. Hey i feel your pain I'm 5,8 and 16. I know you get pissed off and angry, but believe me, there are lots of people who are shorter than you and adults who would dream to be 5'8. So it could be worse. But yeah i know my classmates are like that as well(nearly all touching 6 or above).

It is hereditary, there is nothing you can do.  The only thing that may help a little is not to smoke and eat a healthy diet.  You have MANY of years left to grow, and anyway, 5'8" is not that short.  If you are worried that girls won't like you because you are short, you are wrong.  Girls are attracted to confidence.  If you confident within, height will mean nothing.  Good luck.

  8. Being 5'8" at the age of 15 is actually pretty tall. As for your friends being taller thats a very tall height for your age. You're still young, you have plenty of time to do some more growing. Just make sure you eat your vegetables!

  10. Eat a balanced diet, exercise regularly (but not excessively) -- and learn to accept your height the way that it turns out!

    You won't be in high school forever -- and as you grow up, you should  feel less and less pressure to be exactly like everybody else as you gain more and more friends who will accept you as you are! If your classmates won't treat you as one of their own because you're under six feet tall, then they're not your friends. And if they get really obnoxious with you, you need to report their bullying to your school principal or dean!

    Maintain a habit of sleeping at the same time everyday, including weekends.

    Sleep on your back with a flat pillow under your knees. This will align your spine properly and prevent any back aches caused by sleeping in a bent position.

    Undoubtedly, the quality, quantity, and type of food we eat affect our height, growth, and health.
