    What i do is mainly leg strechs because skateing takes a lot of leg flexablity believe it or not, also hand eye coordnation training is helpful for stick handleing.

  4. Run, run, run and more run. If you have a 'chute, run with the 'chute.

  5. Aerobics and a lot of running, mainly sprints of various distance. Sprints suck as you now, but they pay off.

  6. i would do a lot of running, just do various distances and speed.  distance training is important to get your stanima up so you can be effective throughout the game-short distance sprints are helpful for explosive in zone play.
