You can check this site http://www.autostrade.it/en/index.html to know how much the car fee is.

But it could depend on where you cross the frontier.

Example: if you cross the frontier in Chiasso, Switzerland, the cost is about 24€ (Italian fee)...

In switzerland you have to pay their fee...

It's a sticky to apply on the windscreen and it costs about 27€
