There are lots of place here in Naples but how are you going to get to them do you have a car. There is Havana Club which is very hoppen in Pozzuoli, Ricos in Lago Patria just to name to near naples. In Rome they have Pub crawls and they usually go to some good places. Since you are Americans the Italians will want you!! They love american lady just be realy careful because they may try to steal your stuff at the clubs since you are american.
