I am traveling to NY and Boston for the first time, but staying 1st in Jersey City then going to boston?

Can you tell me how to figure out the subways, specifically, how do I get from Boston to LaGuardia? We need to get from Boston to LaGuardia I guess via train, is the train available all of the time? Also, is there an easy way to figure out how to get from LaGuardia to Jersey city? You can tell I have never been on a subway or train, Thanks! Julie

You can't get to LaGuardia by train. The only way there by public transportation is by bus. If you want to get from Boston to LaGuardia. Take Amtrak from Boston to Penn Station and a cab from Penn Station to LaGuardia.
