I am travelling..Air France..from AMS-CDG-MAA..Help..Thank you in advance?

I need to know what is the exact weight allowance and how many bags are allowed..the Air France website is not clear..for check in baggage

I think only 40 or 45 lbs is allowed to Europe. It is only to US that 50lbs per suitcase is allowed and 2 suitcases are allowed per person. Hand luggage is 10 lbs maximum. Where are you heading too ?

If you are travelling economy, you are allowed 20 kg and 30 kg for business and 40 kg for first class;

in addition, depending on if you are a elite member - silver, gold or platinum of KLM or Air France, you will have an addiitonal allowance of 5 kg or 10 kg or 15 kg respectively.

further, if you need to take excess baggage and you can reduce your tariff by checking online.
