I am travelling to Manila next month. I want to know if I can bring a cooler filled with frozen meat food.?

I plan of bringing frozen precook meat food, like honey baked ham product. ( turkey & ham, and grapes also) and place them in the wheeled cooler . ( 24" w X 32"L ) . Can I declare this cooler filled with meat and fruits, as one of my check in luggage?

Does anyone ever experience this before ? thank you for all your answers.

my mum and i always bring food when we go traveling (HATE Airport food). you can bring the cooler and stuff but mind you they might ask you too take out the ice packs. So keeping the stuff cold will yes be considerably hard. have fun. :)
