Neither in Spartacus nor in the Shanguide I found anything listed. In Salou, just a bit south of Tarragona/east of Reus has listed:ADEENE, C/BRUSELAS 11

Sitges would be your place to go, about 40 minutes by train north of Tarragona (www.renfe.es)

some cruising is on a small beach in the northern outskirts of Tarragona. And don´t forget to visit also el "puente del diabolo" (the devil´s bridge), a roman aqueduct with some cruising.
