i have just bought a linksys wireless - N? modem and a linksys wireless-N antenna on my desktop cpu.. it says that my computer is online but when i go to open up explorer it says its not connected.... i go through diagnostics and none of the problems get resolved..... can you resolve my problem

  1. Try a power cycle of the modem and router

    Does this happen when you plug directly into the router?
