I am trying 2 use yahoo photo sms but it is not working on my computer ?What should I do?

I reside in India am so am using Yahoo India portal.My problem is that I am unable to Use any of Yahoo's"Do Your Own Things"section.The links seem to be broken.I mean if I select them, all of them shows One common problem,"Error in Opening the page" or "Done,but with errors on page".How can I get around this problem.I am unable to use Yahoo Help either as the procedure they tell us to follow does not exist.Please Help me.I am in a real dilemma.
