  3. Your site (neutralenglish) has a very low traffic ranking (Alexa). You cannot get Google Adsense to work without much traffic...

    If you are finding it difficult to get approval from Google for AdSense, try to create a blogger blog (neutralenglish.blogspot.com) add much the same contents as your current site, and then apply for AdSense... Google usually accept blogspot.com blogs faster for AdSense publisher accounts.

  4. try the way told in http://www.theindiamoney.com to get activating ur adsense account, if u follow this way 100% adsense accepts ur account.
