I am trying to access my XM Radio and I can't. I was told it could be my firewall. I have Trend Micro, Help.

I have always used Trend Micro and have never had any trouble.

  1. It could be the firewall, or a router (that's what was causing my problem - a router and switch combo). Now I come straight out of the modem into the wireless router and it's fine. I had to take a Trendnet switch out of the loop for it to work.

    You should also turn your security setings down to medium or medium low
