I am trying to add a group and cannot find the proper category?

Another group I'm in is categorized simply as Pets/Dogs. This choice does not seem to be available when I try to start a new group. I have not been able to find anything comparable in the list of possible categories. Can anyone help me? Thank You.

You can find that category and start a group in same category by going to the group site that you speak of. On the left side of the home  page, scroll down to "Info I Settings".  Under "Group Information" and to the right of "Category;" click on whatever shows up in blue lettering.  That will take you to a list of similar groups.  Look right above the Groups Listings for "Start a xxxx group".  (The actual category will display instead of x's).  Click on that, create your group and it will be placed in the same category as the group you belong to.
