I am trying to bring down my 2k do you have any suggestions for excersizes or workouts on the erg i can do?

  1. Intervals with diminishing rest periods at faster than 2k pace.

    Build bench row strength, and squat strength, with multiple sets of 30-50 reps.  Bench step-up workouts with weights, longer the better.


  2. The first thing that got to my mind was swimming. It's a wonderful sport and you can relax and lose wight at the same time. And must I remind you that there WILL be girls?;)great way to meet new people!Give it a shot and you'll see it's a great deal of fun.
