I can think of few things nastier or slimier than canned okra. I truly have no clue why they still bother to can the stuff. Almost any Asian grocery will carry okra when it is in season. Or grow your own.

Why do you want CANNED okra? Buying fresh okra is easy within Europe - try an Asian store.
