I am trying to check up on a publications firm called "React" in bimingham. Are they a legitimate firm please?

I am thinking of advertising my business in a book which is being printed by a company called "React Publications" based in Birmingham. Their full address I have been told is 27 Corlmore Road, Birmingham B3 8HZ. Before I give any card payment details could you tell me if this firm is legitimate please.

It sounds like a company who rang our office last year and claimed they had us on a tape recording authorising advertising - my manager laughed and called his buff they put the phone down (this was on the third phone call) they didn't ring back and didn't send any bills via the post.
