I am trying to conceive, is the sperm leaking out or are they swimmin?

We have s*x in the missionary position and after s*x I put 2 pillows under my booty for 20-30 min so the sperm dont leak out but when i get up and go to the bathroom it all comes out, is the sperm making it to my eggs or am i doing something wrong?

Well, there is a lot more going on than just the s***n leaking out when you stand up.  From what I have seen, some women have this problem and others don't.  Both types can get pregnant, so...

Can you get pregnant?  Can he get you pregnant?  No matter what you try if these are "no's," it won't work.  If you can get pregnant, are you timing it right?  Some women are good to go all the time, or so it seems, and others only have a  few days a month that they can get pregnant.  Then, you can start splitting hairs and getting into positions, diet, body temperature, and other interesting, but unproven tactics for having a baby.  

There are a lot of good books out there on pregnancy, and I'll bet there are some free ones on the internet.  Watch out for myths, of course, but I would say most is sound enough.  Also, look under birth CONTROL, to help you find your fertile days.  Those are the days you don't want to have s*x for birth control, but do if you want kids. :)

One thing, and it sounds totally stupid, but make sure you're not taking the pill or have an inplant that you have forgotten about.  One girl I know had taken the pill every day since she was 15 and had totally forgotten that it would keep her from getting pregnant.  Duh. :)

I find it a little weird to elevate your hind end to keep it in there. It kind of grosses me out even. There should be plenty of sperm left after it leaks out to impregnate you.

well a man has millions of sperms and we know that what goes up must come down.  It only takes one sperm to fertilize the egg, so the rest comes back out.  That's the simplest way to explain it.

I almost think you may be trying to hard.  have s*x however you like, and just go about business as usual, if you are trying to get pregnant, dont use protection, find out when you are fertile (look up ovulation calculator)  and have s*x..  you dont have to do anything fancy to get pregnant, it just takes time..

Don't worry, enough of them are getting there :)  If gravity really affected conception that much, humans would have gone extinct long ago.  Keep doing what you are doing.

Also, if you are using any lubrication other than a brand called PreSeed, some of the sperm may be damaged or killed.  PreSeed is the only lube that actually helps the sperm swim, rather than slow them down, damage, or kill them...all others like KY have been shown to do this.

These things take time, but it's SO worth it.  Best of luck to you!

You have done all you can do - especially laying still with your cervix raised for 30 minutes. This is said to allow gravity to help guide the sperm towards where it needs to be.

It's normal for what seems like "a lot" to leak out after s*x. Again, it's just gravity working in the opposite way. It only takes one swimmer to make you pregnant. With each ejaculate, there are millions of sperm there so I wouldn't worry at all.

Of course you can get pregnant sweety, thats completly normal for your swimmers to run down. trust me!! is just take one  swimmer to make a baby. lol.. relax. your doing everything good. its always gonna come back out thats like the (leftovers)  =)
