  1. not completely but some

  2. It depends on if the lube has spremacide and even aclohol. So I would read the label and go from there. If you think you do have a uti I would get some antibotics from the dr that way you can get it cleared up.

  3. DO NOT BELIEVE THE LABELS!

There is a lobbying case right now involving proponents for KY Jelly and the FDA, because their labels are very misleading. It's not officially a spermicide, but KY can impede sperm motility by 100%. That means that while it doesn't officially kill the sperm .... well, it's like asking Michael Phelps to swim in an Olympic pool of molasses! The sperm simply can't get where they're supposed to go.

The best product is PreSeed (which gives a LOT of lube, so that wouldn't be so good if you get yeast infections) and I personally use Pré which is made by the same company. Check out the stats on their website and especially take a look at the images of sperm in PreSeed, s***n and then contrast it with the pictures in KY! You can buy it online.

  4. I have heard that lubrication can destroy sperm but their is one on the market called preseed that helps the sperm and keeps you lubricated.
