I think you want to clear out your Cache, in any web browser, you have to delete the Temp files, clear out your history sites, delete the files, Delete the cookies, if you use IE go to tools at the top menu bar, go to internet options, and from there in the first tab, delete all of those cache, if you use firefox, hit CTRL H and the history pops open to the left, right click and Choose delete.

but when you delete the cookies, some of the websites will forgot, and you have to always type your username and password..

lol go to history and delete it or if its that thing when u type a word and the place where you type shows what you searched you cant delete that unlesss you re install your internet or something

Hit Ctrl-H and that should get your recent history up on the side of the computer. You can delete the website memory by different websites or by day/week.it should be pretty explanitory once the window pops up =]

In Firefox it is Tools--> Options--> Privacy--> Uncheck Remember what I have entered in forms and in the search bar and close.

On Internet Explorer, click the word Tools on Menu bar (very top) then Internet Options. Click the Clear History button.  I'm not sure but I think on the XP version (IE 7) you might not see that button. I think its the Delete button, then when you click that, it shows checkboxes of stuff you want to delete, including history.

If you have google toolbar you can delete the past searches by using the options menu but if you dont have the toolbar click on TOOLS then select DELETE BROWSING HISTORY in IE7.

If you're using Internet Explorer go to:

Tools>Internet Options> then under the general tab it will say Browsing History and a box that says delete click the delete button and it wil ask you what you w ant to delete.
