Jesus is coming back here, accompanied by all the angels, and all the saints.

Immediately after that comes Judgment, and after that, God will dwell with his people on the newly renovated earth, for eternity.

There will be many people saved after the rapture. That should help.

Revelation 7:14

“These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb."

The Holy Spirit in the body of the church will indeed be raptured out. But the Holy Spirit will still be saving during the tribulation period. The Holy Spirit is not limited by space/time constraints.

John 6:44

No one can come to Me unless the Father [His Spirit] who sent Me draws him; and I will raise him up at the last day.
