i am dialing from the usa 011 44 208 574 6567, but always busy, no matter how many times i try over several days, was wondering if anyone knew why or if someone in london could try the number thanks alot. maybe the place closed down ?

There are a couple reason you may get a busy tone.... Obviously the first reason could be that it's busy... There may be trouble with the phone lines in the area. Most often the reason is that your international calling is blocked by either your local or long distance phone company in which case you would need to contact them.
