I am trying to download jpegs and keep getting the same image?

I have the default set to NERO Photo snap viewer but keep getting the same image on screen. What am i doing wrong? Any help sure would be appreciated

check "Photosnap" settings, then check "photosnap viewer", verify that image is not still in edit mode from last viewing, try pressing next or spacebar,

if you meant Photosnap, not in viewer edit mode, exit viewer, and select saved or current tab,
