I am trying to download the 2.0 update for my ipod touch

I got the 2.0 update for the I touch but can't get it to load. I click the 2.0 file I have on my hard drive and all it does is open itunes and still says that my iTouch can download 2.0. I was told just to hit shift update key at the same time. The only problem is that I can't find which key is the update key on my keyboard. Any suggestions?

In iTunes, on the left column (Where it says "Music", "Movies", "TV Shows") click on the name of your iPod Touch and it brings up a screen with a bar with how much memory you have. Hold down the Apple on Macs or Control on Windows and click on the button that says "Update" which is right over the one that says "Restore".

It's not on your keyboard, its in iTunes!
