I am not worried about controlling the throttle, I just want to be able to steer so it is easier to crab from the boat.

  1. 2 words STICK STEERING yea its that simple just buy a cheap stick steering rig, or make your own

  2. There's an eyelet to hook up a steering wheel system on the front of the outboard just above the transom. Go to a marina or boating supply store and purchase a wheel and steering cable. If you don't have a place to mount a wheel that's good, it leaves you with options.

  3. Hi, Look into a Teleflex system, easyest io install and best allaround system good luck;)

  4. cable
