I am trying to figure out the name of this movie or tv show.?

i seen it before but i cant remember the name of it. its about a couple and the girl tells the guy i love you, but he doesnt say it back. then one night they're out and she gets drunk, he takes her home and puts her in bed. she is laying there crying and he is sitting next to her at the edge of the bed. she is crying about how he hasnt said it, and then he says it. she gets really happy and cant believe that he said it. i cant remember if it was a movie or a tv show. please help me, i am restless til i get the answer. thank you
