I am trying to figure out what to do.?

In your opinion, Which would you rather do? To take a cruise to a Island, or staying on that particular Island in a hotel?

Go for the latter.  The former choice was a horrible choice on my part, and it's not much fun.  It's much funner to spend your vacation in a particular destination, that way you can go on tours and etc.- or if you like cruises, you don't need to go to a specific destination.

I've been on about a million vacations.  I prefer to stay in a hotel, but it depends on your personality.  Go for the cruise if you like boring tours, cornball shows, standing in line at buffets, crowds of beer-swilling partyers from God knows where, and probably a tiny room unless you have a suite.  Go for the hotel if you prefer to lie in a lounge chair all day doing nothing in peace and quiet, and most likely a more upscale environment.  

But if you're  young and / or have never been on a cruise, go for it; it will be a fun adventure.  I was excited the first time.

I would take a cruise.  I have been on a couple cruises.  Just staying on the island seems boring.  Have you ever been on a cruise?  They have good food, room service, activities,  You can kick back and read a book,  see the shows on the ship.  All included in your ticket price.

How much  money will you have left over if you fly to the island and get a room?

Also, a cruise usually goes other places so you can see those places as well.

I would take a cruise.  You have many places and islands to visit on a cruise, but you are stuck in the same place when you stay in the hotel.

go for the cruise its all included your room your meals and there a great deal of fun if your a first timer go for an up scale cruise line but what ever you choose its gonna be fun
