  1. First find out if he is living...once you've found that out....you'll know where he ISN'T.

    Actually I think he is from Three Rivers Quebec (sorry to my French friends for the English translation) and might still be living there.

    See if he is still involved with any team? After you figure out if he is alive. Then send him a card or such, to that teams home  c/o him and he should most defiantly get it.
