I am trying to find all preschool places that are out of churches in my area?

You did not list your area so it's hard to help you. Look for a web site directory such as Insider Pages for your city or town. Then, look under churches that have schools, and you will see which ones have preschool. Another way to do it, is to check the phone book under private preschools and look for the ones that are out of churches. Finally, you can Google search "Religious Preschools in ____" (your city or town name, and find what you are looking for.

Trying to get your child molested?  Why churches?  Choose one in your area that provides CARE and a modicum of education for your preschooler.  That'll be the best one for him/her.
