Amos won the 1958 Royal Hunt Cup at Ascot in 1958 at a massive 20/1  ridden by P. Boothman

He was by Mossborough and owned by Mrs Leonard Carver.

Trained by S Mercer.

2nd on that occasion was Empire Way

3rd Falls of Shin

and there were 17 runners

The only one I know is  AMOS QUITO.    He ran in The Bites Stakes in 1958.
