If a property is in foreclosure the company or entity that put the house in foreclosure must record this at the county court the property is located in.

So whatever county Naples is located in would have a "Notice of Default/Foreclosure filed.

Since this document is public records you may view it. Call the county and find out if there is a charge and hours of operations.

In some cases a local title company might assist you. You will find one in your local telephone book.
