I am trying to find out the birth and death from 1926 to 2008

my father,uncles and aunts,and grandmother,and grandfather?

Your best bet for starting is the 1930 census which would give you their age in years and the state of birth.  Thus, aged 3 would be b. abt. 1927, with birth location shown.
