  1. FYI, it's the Sunnybrook Addition. I live on Scott Court and I figured my acreage at .2, but XTO (I assume it's for your gas lease) said it was .171 acres. Not worried about the discrepancy, as I probably miscalculated it.

The Tarrant County Appraisal District will not have your lot dimensions. The title survey I did does not include the acreage on it. Plat records in the Tarrant County Courthouse downtown will include dimensions on all lots, but I haven't seen any acreage on the lots for those areas I've been surveying for other gas leases.

If you want, pop off an e-mail to me at nowell516@sbcglobal.net and I can come over and find your corners, get a measurement on your property and get a base idea. I'm not an RPLS, so I won't be able to give you an official answer, but I can get you in the ballpark.

  2. Go to the clerks office in the county where the property was recorded, and you should find that information.  If your county appraiser has a public website, you can find that info there also.

The property appraiser/tax assessor office would also have that information.
