I am trying to find out the title to this novel. Sci-fi.?

Question

The novel is about a nerdy teenager who implants a microchip into his brain that helps him out in all areas of life pretty much. Especially in school and with social problems. This chip tells him what to say to girls and how to act/dress. If anyone knows the title to this book and could help me out, that would be great.
