I am trying to find some one who could help me to get scholarship for MPhil leading Phd in NRM in foreign uni

I am intrested to get scholarship fully funded to do MPhil leading PhD in Natural Resources Management from the one of the universities of USA, UK, Austraila, Germany, France, Norway, Sweterzerland, France and Japan. I will be loving also universities in other countries also. The objective of my PhD is to uplift the the deprived and marginalised poor communities through better NRM practices to minimize the poverty index as the all developed and underdeveloping countries are facing NRM issues and in future we have lot of challenges in this sector to provide food, shelter, energy, land and ecosystem to future generations. The Natural Resource are diminishing or being depleted there is dire need to save these to provide better and safe future to coming generation and people who are facing the difficulties in this sector due to poor management and lack of knowledge. I hope that my friend abroad will give it weigh , think ,consider and address my objective in better way to ve my Doctorate

Without knowing where you enquiring from, it is difficult to give you any addresses because the best place to start is in your home country. Look up such places as the British Council, US Embassy, etc., and also the grants department of your alma mater. Some companies, such as Shell also award grants to students from developing countries. However, in the present climate of shrinking resources and hostility to immigration, it may be difficult to secure full grants. A lot will also depend on your acdemic record to date. But you might be lucky.
