I am trying to find somene in mexico?

he is my brother but we've never met. i dont know his name and i only know his mom's first name. i tried looking in people finding sites but they all ask me for last names. does anyone know how else i can look?

The only way to search for official information in Mexico is through the official registers and notaries.  

You will need to know the date of possibly a birth.

or

Some one's last name.

or

a school attended

or

a City born, married or lived in.

Unfortunately there are over 100 million people here.  You will need a little more info to get what you need....
