I am trying to find the name of the bank that is housed in the same buidling as the B of England .Loughton?

Its a Bank that is housed in the same building as the Bank Of England in Leiston Road ( ? ) Loughton.

I would like the name, so as to be able to obtain the phone number.

I deleted someone in error from my phone, international pay as go so no records of number ! I could reach him via his office if I could find the name etc

The only Bank of England is in Threadneedle Street in the City (financial district) of London. There is no Bank of England in Loughton, which is a seedy suburb of London.
