My parents have been raising my niece and nephew for 5 years now. We know that their mother hasn't changed, so we are trying t okeep them safe. She has repeatedly lied and continues to get out of all trouble she is in. We have tried to belive that she would change, but it hasn't even begin to start.

We want what is in the best interest for the kids who are 4 and 5 years old. Who might I add are both "drug babies".

But since you would have to do the research yourself which can lead to missing out on information, I would recommend http://www.easybackgroundchecks.com , they offer statewide background checks for $20. They also offer nationwide background checks for $30.
