  1. go to control panel, the to appearence and themes. it might give you the option to click on a cursor button. Click on that and whatever it is should be in there.

  3. Stay away from those toolbars. Better if you uninstall it, as it's likely adware and/or spyware.

    Look elsewhere for your cursors.

  4. I think you can go to popular screensavers .com  and go from there.
