i am trying to get a wireless connection on my acer aspire.i have spent 6 hours over the last 3 days on calls to my broadband service provider and they seem to think that my wlan is disconnected and have told me to go back to acer.i bought the laptop 2 weeks ago brand new and i dont want to have to send it back if there is a simple remedy
