I am trying to get my marriage documents that are translated into spanish, authentiated by the C.I.S.HELP?

A friend of mine sent his in with a money order(of $74 per page), and a self addressed envelope. It came back in less then a month later. That was 5 years ago, I'm not sure how much to send now. And I also cannot get in touch with the Cuban Inertest Section either. If anyone can give me any advice of experience, please no wise cracks. Thank You

cis will  not authenticate the translation, it has to be certified by the translator. in what language is the orignal document and where will you be submitting it?
