Sometimes there is a survey you answer to show that you are local and not a spammer. Yours may have gotten sent to your junk mail folder, so you didn't respond.

if i was you i would reapply it could be that your email didn't; make it threw. make sure to put the right numbers and letters in that box at the end it might seem it went threw and didn,t. or your email may have gotten lost . at any rate i would reapply
