I am trying to get pregnant. Now that I am 2 days past ovulation, I feel a cramping sensation. Why?

We used a digital ovulation test and I know exactly when I ovulated. I continued testing until the end of ovulation so I know that I am 2 days past ovulation. The cramping began late yesterday afternoon and is very minor, but it does worry me because I want to conceive. According the ovulation calendar that I used, tomorrow is the implantation day. Is cramping a sign that I won't conceive during this cycle?

  1. a digital ovulation test tells you you have a LH surge which means you will ovulate in 12-36 hours after.  what you are likely experiencing 2 days later is ovulation cramps.  you are ovulating and needed to be/need to be baby dancing right now.  implantation doesnt take place until 7-10 days after conception so whatever you used that told you tomorrow would be implantation day is a load of c**p.  get bd'ing right now and hope you can still catch the egg this month.

  2. your actually feeling the ovaries and tubes at work so to say, so really right now and for the next 3-4 days you need to be very sexually active if you want to conceive

  3. For most people it takes 6-10 days for implantation to occur (84% occur btw 8-10 DPO) but it has been reported as early as 3 DPO so it could possibly be implantation cramping. Baby dust and lots of luck!
