I am trying to get the media center on my xbox 360?

A website says i need to do something to my ports on my router, the direction of the port says incoming. Is that portforwarding or triggering?

if you are on wirless you cant do it

port forwarding, not sure how it works with a 360 but usually when doing port forwarding you need to have static connection.
