  1. You probably havent got the right codecs installed google klite codec pack its free and will play all videos.


  2. Then try to shut down the computer and get the screen back on....

  3. Consult your manual!! There is a whole section devoted to your answer!! If you don't have one, you can download one from the camcorders manufacturer support site.
